I was surprised that 66 opens from left to right like an English book, and totally didn't notice that until the very end of the book because I was too distracted by all the pretty pictures. ^^;; Really can't say much except that I really should have bought it sooner.
Most of the Mebius book seems to talk about the monsters. It has two full pages devoted to each episode and its monster(s). This book also confirms my belief that the Mebius movie takes place between episodes 23 and 24 by placing the movie monsters data right after the pages for episode 23.
(Man, I want the Mebi movie book too, but it seems to be out of stock and will get shipped around the end of November. I don't think I could wait that long so I canceled it. Jeez, procrastination is just not good for me.
EDIT: Looks like the book is gone for good. Now I will never have it. :( )
I'm not sure of the official titles of the Nexus books except NEXUSEED. One book deals with the first arc of the series. The other book deals with the second arc. Of note to me, in each of these books there are interviews with the actors in their respective arc (curiously, not with any of the night raiders. I wonder if there is more Nexus book out), as well as with the staff.
I love NEXUSEED, and if I know more Japanese I would surely be all over it, because it seems to answer most of the mystery in the series as well as talk about the Ultra N Project plan/background.
All in all, I'm happy with my purchases. I'm not sure if I'll write more about GARO Specials once I've seen the DVD, since I talked about it earlier when I bought the regular two disc edition. Although perhaps I should, since I don't think those posts were very well thoughtout.
